Oh, imagine considering after reading a book on Dzogchen one is then capable of "doing" it eh ? What a mistake ! It isn't just another "form" of Meditation, in fact it isn't a Practice at all eh ? How so ? Because in direct experience, the "self" you say you are, isn't there ! 😲

Oh, believe it or not, there are very real Benefits to having a regular Practice as the following quote may help to illustrate eh ? 🧘I'd suggest the point made below is that developing our Capacity for a steady open-eyed Meditative Gaze is especially advantageous in Dzogchen 👀
